CyberSafe Pakistan brings together global experts, the brightest students, and the country's defenders for keynotes, panels, live CTF competitions — and now a national cybersecurity startup incubator taking our youth to the world stage.
Our Mission
We believe Pakistan's youth can compete with — and beat — the best in the world. CyberSafe Pakistan exists to spread cybersecurity awareness from classrooms to boardrooms, and to give the next generation the stage, the mentors, and the challenges they need to grow into world-class professionals.
Bring cybersecurity into every school, university, and workplace across Pakistan.
Connect students with mentors, employers, and global cyber leaders.
Hands-on CTFs and workshops that turn curiosity into capability.
Show the world what Pakistani talent can do on the global stage.
The Program
Capture The Flag
A 24-hour Jeopardy-style CTF spanning web exploitation, binary pwn, cryptography, digital forensics, and reverse engineering. Open to university teams and independent players from across Pakistan.
Speakers
We invite security researchers, CISOs, founders, and government leaders — from Pakistan and abroad — to share what's next, on stage and in the hallways.
New Program
Pakistan's first virtual cybersecurity startup incubator. 10 startups. 6 months. Fully remote. Applications now open for Cohort 1.
Next Exhibit
A two-day flagship exhibit with keynotes, panels, the national CTF finals, and hands-on workshops. Be part of the movement.
Get Involved
Whether you want to speak, sponsor, volunteer, or compete — we want you on the team.
Pakistan's first fully virtual cybersecurity startup incubator. Every year, we select 10 of the country's most promising cyber-focused startups and take them on a 6-month journey — from validated idea to investor-ready company — entirely online.
Our Vision
Pakistan produces some of the world's most capable security researchers — yet the country has no dedicated pipeline to turn that raw talent into fundable, scalable cybersecurity products. Existing incubators at NIC Karachi, NIC Lahore, and Ignite cover broad tech sectors; none focus exclusively on cyber.
The Cyber Safe Incubator is built to close that gap — and to do it virtually, so a brilliant founder in Quetta or Gilgit-Baltistan has the same shot as one in Islamabad.
We believe the next great cybersecurity company serving the GCC, MENA, and global enterprise markets can — and should — be built in Pakistan.
Pakistan ranked 79th on the ITU Global Cybersecurity Index — with massive room to move up. The country has 400,000+ IT graduates annually, yet fewer than 50 dedicated cybersecurity startups exist. The market gap is enormous.
Saudi Arabia's NCA, UAE CBUAE, and regional PDPL regulations are creating a flood of compliance and security product demand. Pakistani founders with MENA market knowledge are uniquely positioned to serve this market.
Pakistan's best security talent isn't concentrated in one city. A virtual program democratizes access, eliminates relocation barriers, and mirrors how modern distributed security companies actually operate. Techstars, YC, and Antler have proven the model globally.
Focus Verticals
We accept cybersecurity-native startups or startups where security/trust is a core product differentiator. Six focus verticals — reflecting where Pakistan can build globally competitive companies.
Automating governance, risk, and compliance for NCA, SAMA, PDPL, ISO 27001 frameworks — a massive underserved market in the GCC.
Platforms delivering actionable threat data, dark web monitoring, and external attack surface management for MENA-region enterprises.
Machine learning applied to anomaly detection, automated pen testing, SOAR playbooks, and LLM security — aligned with global AI security trends.
Fraud detection, digital identity, anti-money laundering, and secure payment infrastructure for Pakistan's booming fintech sector and Gulf banks.
Industrial control systems, SCADA protection, and IoT device security for Pakistan's energy, water, and manufacturing sectors — and NEOM-scale Gulf projects.
Zero-trust architectures, passwordless authentication, PAM solutions, and digital identity verification built for emerging market realities.
Program Structure
Designed around how cybersecurity companies actually get built — validating real pain, building a defensible product, and accessing the right customers and capital.
Deep customer discovery with CISOs, SOC analysts, and IT managers across Pakistan and the GCC. Validate the pain, map the buyer, and define your unique angle. Weekly live sessions with mentors.
