By registering for Cyber Safe Pakistan 2026, whether online or on-site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you are registering on behalf of another individual or organization, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that party to these conditions.

2. Registration & Event Access

All delegate registrations are subject to verification and approval by event management. Attendees must present a valid digital or printed pass along with matching official identification to gain entry to the venue (Expo Centre, Karachi). Management reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke credentials for security, behavioral, or compliance reasons.

3. Programme Changes & Cancellations

The organizers make every effort to deliver the published conference agenda, speaker lineups, and exhibition schedules. However, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes, postponements, or cancellations of specific sessions, speakers, or events without prior notice. The organizers shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred by attendees due to schedule modifications.

4. Photography, Recording & Media

By attending Cyber Safe Pakistan 2026, you grant the organizers and authorized media partners the irrevocable right to capture and use your photograph, video footage, voice recordings, and likeness in future promotional materials, digital broadcasts, and official event publications without compensation.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct

Attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the event and across all digital platforms (including websites, networking apps, and registration portals). Harassment, unauthorized commercial solicitation, disruptive behavior, or breaches of venue security policies will result in immediate removal from the event without refund or recourse.

6. Limitation of Liability

The organizers, sponsors, and venue hosts of Cyber Safe Pakistan 2026 accept no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property sustained by attendees during the event. Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance and valuables.
